THE SALON POLICIES
Your appointments are very important to THE SALON team and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjusting your appointment is necessary. We respectfully require more than 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. This gives us the opportunity to attempt to fill your appointment or make any adjustments necessary. Upon booking, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% service fee that will go as a credit towards your service. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, the 50% service fee will not be refunded. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from making future appointments at THE SALON.
No Call/No Shows
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the date and time of your scheduled appointment, the 50% service fee of the original appointment will not be refunded.
We understand that things happen. If you are running late, please call/text and let us know. If we do not receive your phone call right away, please leave a message. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment and it will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply. Should this happen more than once it will prohibit you from making any future appointments at THE SALON.
Credit Card Required
Upon booking, your credit card will be immediately charged 50% of the service you are scheduling. THE SALON does not keep any credit cards on file to ensure your information is protected.
As a courtesy, THE SALON will send a confirmation text to the mobile number on file at least 48 hours in advance, giving you ample time to adjust your appointment if necessary. Please understand, it is still your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment to avoid any no show or cancellation fees.

Hours by appointment only
